Returns & Exchanges

We strive for perfection in every piece, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Joseph Klibansky packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the contents are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier verifies the item condition.
